It applies to website browsing, contact forms, demo requests and early commercial conversations related to IDVerifier. Any processing that applies to a pilot or production rollout is defined contractually with each organization.
We may process contact details, use-case context and messages shared voluntarily in order to respond to requests, schedule demos, assess regulatory fit and follow up commercially. These public pages are not designed to receive biometrics or sensitive identity documents.
The website may use Google Analytics 4 only if you accept analytics. Its purpose is to measure site usage in aggregate, understand which public content helps with early evaluation and improve the website experience without making analytics a condition for browsing.
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile as a necessary security and anti-bot control to reduce abusive submissions. This protection helps secure the contact channel and stays active even if you reject analytics.
We store a consent preference in a first-party cookie so the website can remember whether you accepted or rejected analytics and let you change that choice later. If you need information about how contact data is handled, retained or updated, write to contact@idverifier.ai.
